Before I can welcome you to Quel'Ule, out in the Stonebrunt Highlands, I suppose you're going to need to know how to get there, right? You will be given directions when you reach the right part of the crafting questline, but since I know that folks sometimes miss such things, you will find a second NPC on the Toxxulia Forest launch pad (in dark robes), that will send you to Stonebrunt Highlands. From there, you can launch pad hop to Moonfield Hamlet (needed for one of the Kerra crafting quest steps) and Quel'Ule (needed for the Quel'Ule crafting questline).
Since Stonebrunt is a level 85+ zone, you will want to watch your landmarks, and the roaming critters carefully. Keep your eyes open, and the only thing that might kill you is the Work Bench! (I'll explain about that little bit when the quest writeups are written :D)
Quel'Ule is filled with researchers and excavators that are busy digging, poking, prodding and experimenting, while on the other side of a stone wall, void invaders run amok in waves while valiant defenders fight them off. These tunnel-vision researchers are especially welcoming to fellow Scholars, but will allow all crafting classes to quest with them, to a point.
There is a single faction here, and it can only be earned by crafters. If you follow all branchings on the SF crafting questline, you will be sent here and be able to earn a chunk of faction. Once that is over with, however, if you want any of the lovely faction furniture, you'll be sifting through the daily crafting quests that are offered in Quel'Ule. Like the kerra and the hua'mein, however, some of the quests that are in the daily lineup are only able to be completed by their favored classes. In the case of Quel'Ule, this means that Sages, Alchemists and Jewelers will be able to complete all of the daily quests, but other crafters might run into a few that they cannot complete.
Level 80-89 Advanced Scholar (Alchemist, Jeweler, Sage) recipe books, in no-trade form, are available for purchase once you hit 10K Researchers of Quel Ule faction. Furniture offerings require 30K Researchers of Quel'Ule faction and are heirloom items. Alchemy Secrets of Quel'Ule, Jeweler Secrets of Quel'Ule and Sage Secrets of Quel'Ule require 40K faction with Researchers of Quel'Ule, are level 85 to scribe, and, yep, no-trade.

While you are out in Stonebrunt Mountains, you may want to rummage around in Moonfield Hamlet. In addition to a handy banker and mailbox, there is a vendor there who will sell you a couple lovely bolts of cloth for your home!
