Folks often have a hard time figuring out what can be done with any specific rare, especially since there is not always consistency from tier to tier. The below chart should provide you with a handy reference guide. (It should be fully updated with LU24 information now. Please whimper in the forums if I missed something)

As of GU42, the T8 hidebound pelts will also be used for the creation of mannequins.
