The annual celebration of the birth of EQ2, the Heroes' Festival is right around the corner. The event, which runs from 12:01 a.m. Pacific on November 1, 2018 and runs through 11:59 p.m. Pacific on November 13, will include 7 new purchased house items and 5 new purchased appearance items. It will also be available on Fallen Gate this year, with the exception of the Baelon and Roehn Theer fights (due to zone accessibility).
Due in part to the fact that the only crafting involved is one quest in Qeynos/Freeport, and in part due to being up to my eyeballs in all the beta testing that I am doing, I am only going to cover the new buyables. Should you need information regarding quests, achievements and the like, I recommend that you hit the Wiki Heroes' Festival Timeline.
