This is a special tier 8 (level 77) cloth armor set that can only be worn by mages. It is crafted by level 70+ Tailors, using the Loom. There are special faction requirements for obtaining the recipe books (see Recipe Book information below)

Di'Zok Ceremonial Pantaloons: 25 sta, 25 wis, 40 int, 120 health & power, 451 vs heat/cold/magic/mental/divine/disease/poison, +45 spell damage, 220 mit
Di'Zok Ceremonial Robe: 25 sta, 25 wis, 40 int, 120 health & power, 451 vs heat/cold/magic/mental/divine/disease/poison, +45 spell damage, 220 mit, Alacritous Incantation V (Reduces cast time of all spells by 5%)

Recipe Details:
Di'Zok Ceremonial Cuffs, Mitts, Shawl, Slippers, Cap, Pantaloons: 1 mantrap root, 3 lichenclover root, 3 bristled leather, 10 entwined filament. Di'Zok Ceremonial Cloth Robe: Chromatic Essence, 3 lichenclover root, 3 bristled leather, 10 entwined filament.

Recipe Books:

Volume I requires 20,000 Bathezid Watch faction and Volume II requires 30,000 Bathezid Watch faction. Both books are Heirloom, meaning that they can only be shared on the same account. (i.e., a character with the appropriate faction on the same account as your tailor must purchase the book.)
