The fall/winter/spring EQ2 event overload, coupled with expansion time, tends to cause more burnout for me every year. When the inevitable happened in 2016, I ended up wandering over to DC Universe Online for a bit to unwind. Of course, once I created a few alts, I couldn't long resist the lure of writing in yet another world and I've been doing so in chunks ever since!

It all started innocently enough, of course -- I joined a league (guild) that had a character bios section in their forums. One bio became two, two became three, and they were a bit more involved than what the leadership had been expecting. The next thing I knew, there was a story subforum set up, and my alts started clamoring to have more of their tales told. While I am no longer with that league, the Muse has zero desire to be quieted, so this section was born.

This section is in-progress, and likely will be for quite a while. Stories are still being written, and additions will come at unpredictable times. (On top of yet more medical mayhem, the expansion/event chaos season in EQ2 is once again ramping up for several months of swamped redhead, so the Muse may not get as much of a romp as I'd like.)

Now that this section has been added to my site, additional updates and additions to these tales will include a publishing date, so you can readily tell when something has been added.

• GypsyLynx - star traveling alien felinoid, nature healer and not-so-grumpy redhead.
• Volt Sisters - a large and still growing multi-part saga of identical twins who ended up on extremely different paths. You'll find that GypsyLynx also figures prominently in at least the first several installments of this ongoing storyline.
• Pink Spinel - currently this only contains a biography for this bookish crystalline sorceress, but a story is percolating in my head. Only the Muse knows when it will consent to being more solidly recorded!
• Blue Halfpint- this is a placeholder for now. Never fear, though, there are several chapters waiting for that final spark that pushes them from rumbling around in my head to being recorded here.
• RockLobstr - yep, another placeholder. It may turn out to be just a brief biography of this humorous themed persona that ended up with a distinct personality of her own, or it may end up with a story or stories. Time will tell!
