This "quest" originates in Neriak and is available only to those evil folk who can safely travel there.

Speak with Kelryne V'Ziath (-481, 66, 100) on the very top floor of the Ebon Mask Tower in Neriak, and, after a lengthy conversation, he will give you the recipe for his specialty, Chocolate Chip Cookies of Seething Malice. He then tells you to head over to Cuisine Excelsior in the Fourth gate for all the ingredients.

The recipe, which is lore and no trade, requires: Kelryne's Cookie Kit, 1 extract of dark hatred, 2 dough, and 5 walnut kindling, all of which can be found at Cuisine Excelsior, Cristano's Plaza (-520, 23, 280).

Chocolate Chip Cookies of Seething Malice are a level 10 food with high satiation, and a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes.
