Tailors who own the Echoes of Faydwer expansion will be able to buy the common tier 3 through tier 7 recipes from Tailor NPCs in Qeynos Harbor, East Freeport and in Kelethin (Greater Faydark). The rare tier 3 through tier 7 cloak recipes will be found in "Enigma of the Tailor" books 3-7, which will be random corpse drops from mobs of the proper tier. Tier 8 cloaks are in Tailor Essentials Volume 73 (common) and Advanced Tailor Volume 73 (rare).
Members of guilds will have the option to display the appropriate cloak graphic below or their guild heraldry. (It is a checkbox on the final page of the persona screen.) You will also have the option to toggle the display of the cloak itself, as well as the display of other people's cloaks (good for raids!) Note that cloak length and shape will stay the same, but colors and designs change when displaying guild heraldry.
