Lasts for 10.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 5.0 times per minute. If a melee attack is used, only the primary weapon can trigger this effect. - - Roots target - - 5% chance to dispel when target takes damage - - 5% chance to dispel when target recieves hostile action - - Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 30.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 3.3 seconds.
